Cancellation of order before delivery   (right of withdrawal before delivery)<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

1. <\/span>The Customer has the right to cancel the order, ie to cancel the purchase and sale transaction before receiving the purchased products and only within 24 hours from the completion of the order. In this case, the Customer sends a cancellation statement to info@stepup-shoes.gr. \u03a4he stepup-shoes.gr  will accept the cancellation and will return the price to the customer by credit of his credit card, only if the (purchased) product \/  (purchased) products have not been delivered to the courier company for delivery to the Customer. If they have already been given to the courier company, then the cancellation will be considered as a return of the products under the following conditions.<\/p>\n

Change of products after delivery<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

2.<\/span> If the Customer is not satisfied with the purchase made, he has the right to request the change of the purchased product. In this case, the Customer can send an electronic message – e-mail to stepup-shoes.gr to the above mentioned email address, info@stepup-shoes.gr, requesting the change of the product with another product of his choice.<\/p>\n

3.<\/span> If the new product has a higher price than the returned product, then the Customer will be notified electronically, by e-mail, to proceed with a new payment process (for the payment of the difference). The e-mail will contain a link to the payment website of this website, through which the Customer will enter all the necessary payment details in accordance with the terms below. If the new product has a lower price than the returned product then stepup-shoes.gr will credit the Customer the difference according to what is listed below.<\/p>\n

Return of Products after delivery (Right of withdrawal after delivery)<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

4.<\/span> If the Customer is not satisfied with the purchase made, he further has the right to return the product he will buy and request a refund of the price paid. as provided by Greek legislation for consumer protection (right of withdrawal from a sale). In this case, the Customer sends via e-mail a message \/ e-mail to stepup-shoes.gr to the email address noted above info@stepup-shoes.gr, requesting the return of the product in return for the return of the paid price.<\/p>\n

Deadline for change or return of products<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

5.<\/span> Any request for change or return of product must be sent within 14 days of receipt of the product. Requests for change or return of products after the period of 14 days are accepted only in case of defective products according to Greek law, based on the provisions applicable to sales contracts.<\/p>\n

7.<\/span> Both the right to change and the right to return the product (right of withdrawal from the sale) apply to the entire purchased product and can not be exercised on only part of the product (eg on product accessories).<\/p>\n

8.<\/span> The return or exchange of a product will not be accepted if it is proven that the product has been used and will be returned at the customer’s expense. Products must be returned (for a refund or change) in their original condition, complete and intact and with their original packaging (including all accessories, manuals, etc.). They must not be worn, altered or washed and the labels must remain on the product.<\/p>\n

Shipping products to STEP UP<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

9. <\/span> Shipping of products to be returned or exchanged within Greece is free only through the same courier company with which the product was sent for the first time. The cost of shipping the products to be returned or exchanged outside Greece is borne by the customer.<\/p>\n

10.<\/span> For every product that is returned or for which a change is requested, the Customer must receive when sending a copy of the original purchase receipt.  <\/p>\n

Conditions for returning products <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

11.<\/span> In case of non-fulfillment of any of the above conditions, stepup-shoes.gr is entitled either (a) to consider that the right to change or return has not been validly exercised, and therefore not to accept the return, or change of the product, either (b ) (especially in the case of products that are not returned intact, worn or used) to accept the change or return and at the same time to claim compensation from the Customer at the value of the defects of the returned product.<\/p>\n

Price return<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

12.<\/span> When Stepup-shoes.gr receive a request for a refund or product change and if the above conditions are met, will credit the Customer’s credit card with the relevant amount. It usually takes 7 business days to process the request and complete the credit registration. The Customer will be notified as soon as the return \/ change request has been fully processed.
